Returns and Refunds

We hope you love creating with Bring Strings Together. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, with all original supplies and packaging included. Kits with used supplies and completed bracelets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

To request a return, email hello@bringstringstogether.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds cover the returned items’ purchase price and applicable tax and will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing supplies, email hello@bringstringstogether.com with your order number and a photo, if relevant. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including any required return shipping.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
