Bring Strings Together operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Bring Strings Together is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS AND SAFE USE
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, colors and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen because of your device and display settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products or services purchased will meet your individual expectations. This statement does not limit our obligations under our Refund Policy or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Product safety
Our bracelet kits are intended for bracelet-making activities. Follow all instructions and safety warnings provided on the product page, packaging, and instructional materials.
Kits, optional charms, and completed bracelets are not intended for children under 3 years of age. Keep all supplies, charms, completed bracelets, and packaging away from infants and toddlers. This restriction does not mean every product is suitable for every child aged 3 or older; follow any additional age guidance on the specific product.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small charms and other small components can cause choking if swallowed or inhaled. Keep them away from children under 3 years of age. Do not place supplies or charms in the mouth.
WARNING: STRANGULATION AND ENTANGLEMENT HAZARD — Loose strings can become wrapped around the neck or other body parts. Never tie strings or bracelets around the neck or attach them to cribs, beds, or other objects where a child could become entangled.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult during bracelet-making activities. Adults should assess whether the activity and its materials are appropriate for each child’s age and abilities.
If scissors or other cutting tools are used, a responsible adult should handle them or provide age-appropriate supervision.
Completed bracelets should fit comfortably and must not restrict circulation. Remove a bracelet if it causes discomfort, swelling, skin irritation, or becomes caught on an object. Remove bracelets before sleeping or activities where they could snag.
Check bracelets and charms regularly. Stop using damaged bracelets or loose charms, and keep detached pieces away from young children.
Store unused supplies safely and dispose of packaging promptly. These instructions do not replace any additional warnings included with a particular product and do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Bring Strings Together reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until Bring Strings Together confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy, without limiting rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Products may be purchased for personal, household, classroom, school, group, party, or event use, including giving completed bracelets or kits as gifts or favors. Commercial resale or export requires our prior written approval.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or by third parties. We may offer promotions governed by separate terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that your payment information is true, correct, and complete; that you are authorized to use the payment method; and that you will pay the charges incurred, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping carriers, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact hello@bringstringstogether.com so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations or your rights under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Bring Strings Together, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our bracelet-making instructions and instructional videos for personal, household, classroom, school, group, party, and event activities. This permission does not allow you to sell, republish, or distribute copies of our instructional materials or use our branding to suggest an affiliation or endorsement without our written consent.
Except as permitted above or by applicable law, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants any other license or rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property belonging to Bring Strings Together, Shopify, or a third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Bring Strings Together’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bring Strings Together or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties that we neither monitor nor control.
You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion. You should review and agree to the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.
We may offer new features, tools, and resources in the future. These features will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and links to websites provided or operated by third parties, including embedded third-party functionality. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.
If you leave the Services to access third-party materials or websites, you do so at your own discretion. Review their policies and practices before engaging in a transaction. Questions or complaints about third-party products and services should be directed to the relevant third party.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm or damages related to your access to third-party websites or your purchase or use of products, services, resources, or content on those websites.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Bring Strings Together is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Bring Strings Together. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Bring Strings Together, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Bring Strings Together.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.
We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates another party’s rights or these Terms.
Your Feedback must not violate third-party rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or contain viruses or malware. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others about the origin of Feedback. You are responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct such information and to update information or cancel affected orders, subject to applicable law. If an accepted order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

(b) violate applicable laws or regulations;
(c) infringe intellectual property or other rights;

(i) interfere with others’ use of the Services or expose Bring Strings Together, Shopify, or users to harm or liability.
You must not upload viruses or malicious code, improperly collect personal information, engage in phishing or similar activities, exploit the Services without permission, or bypass security or access restrictions.
Automated access is subject to Section 14 and any applicable access restrictions. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

14.1 This section (“Agent Terms”) applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. “Agent” means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, a person or entity without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in accordance with Section 14.4. No Agent may access the Services if we have requested that it refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may limit, including through technical measures, whether and how Agents access, use, and interact with the Services.
14.4 Agents must:
(i) identify themselves in HTTP/HTTPS requests and disclose their name by including “Agent/[agent name]” in the user-agent string;
(ii) not conceal or obfuscate automated access, including by mimicking human behavior or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs;
(iii) respond truthfully to questions intended to determine whether interactions are coming from a human or computer; and
(iv) not circumvent measures intended to block, limit, modify, or control Agent access.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, subject to applicable law. You remain responsible for amounts properly due up to the termination date.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented through the Services is provided for general information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY BRING STRINGS TOGETHER, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR PROHIBIT WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, OR LIMITS OUR EXPRESS COMMITMENTS UNDER OUR REFUND POLICY.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRING STRINGS TOGETHER, OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OR DATA.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING ANY NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS RELATING TO PRODUCT SAFETY, PERSONAL INJURY, OR CONSUMER PROTECTION.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bring Strings Together, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of another person’s rights, or breach of these Terms.
We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim. A failure to promptly notify you will not relieve your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced.
We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim, but will not settle a claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced only to the extent permitted by law or severed as necessary. The remaining provisions will remain effective.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and us concerning use of the Services and supersede prior agreements concerning that subject, without overriding rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law.
Subject to applicable law, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights available under applicable law.
